Not going to lie today (week 2 of half marathon training) was hard. Running is hard. It hurts and most of the time I hate it while I’m doing it, but after I finish my run I feel amazing. And then I think to myself, yeah I might be crazy but I’m going to feel so great about myself once I reach my goal.
Today that is the sunshine and being joint pain free! After 3 days of serious joint pain I was able to workout and take my pup for a walk. It’s going to be a great weekend!!
