How I feel a day after a hard workout:
Time to do my challenge. 6 rounds: 20 kettle bell swings & 6 push-ups. Ladder down push-ups each set until zero…this may be rough since I’ve been up since 4 am for work!
Had a 1 hour session of pilates and every muscle in my body is burning!!
Just finished this book…Seriously so good and so sad!
Yesterday was absolutely beautiful and even though I was dealing with the worst cold EVER! I decided it was too nice of a day to pass up and spend it sitting on the couch. So we went on a 4hr hike up Gold Camp Road (and still didn’t hit the end of the trail)…maybe next time!
