Time to do my challenge. 6 rounds: 20 kettle bell swings & 6 push-ups. Ladder down push-ups each set until zero…this may be rough since I’ve been up since 4 am for work!
Yesterday was absolutely beautiful and even though I was dealing with the worst cold EVER! I decided it was too nice of a day to pass up and spend it sitting on the couch. So we went on a 4hr hike up Gold Camp Road (and still didn’t hit the end of the trail)…maybe next time!
It’s spring time and summer is on it’s way and that means: BBQ’s, sunset walks with my hubby & puppy love, camping & getting lost in books on the back porch with the mountains in my view.
Not going to lie today (week 2 of half marathon training) was hard. Running is hard. It hurts and most of the time I hate it while I’m doing it, but after I finish my run I feel amazing. And then I think to myself, yeah I might be crazy but I’m going to feel so great about myself once I reach my goal.
